Swarthmore Market Statistics
In 2009 average list price of homes in Swarthmore YTD was $419,219 and average sold price in 105 days was $373,107. In 2010 at the same time average list price was $409,562 and in 116 days average sale price is $369,252. The good news is that number of homes sold in 2009 was 39 and in 2010 53.
