Summertime Home Selling Tips

Two important tips:
1. Keep the house comfortably cold, they will stay longer
2. Make sure your outdoor spaces are represented indoors and the outdoor spaces are inviting - don't leave it to the buyer's imagination but stage it for an "event". NAR reports that Existing home sales overall have dropped in February 2011
National Association of Realtors reports that existing home sales have dropped in February. Please remember these are national figures:
Existing-home sales1, which are completed transactions that include single-family, town homes, condominiums and co-ops, dropped 9.6 percent to a seasonally adjusted annual rate of 4.88 million in February from an upwardly revised 5.40 million in January, and are 2.8 percent
