Conduct a walk-through, a mini inspection. Make a list of ALL repairs and improvements. Some of the items that most likely will be needed are look in all areas approach to the house, top to bottom - and inside
- Inside of the house each room is clear of clutter and clean throughout
- Paint walls and woodwork throughout make the house is fresh and sparkling clean
- Clean windows and window coverings
- Be sure that all plumbing and appliances are in working order
- New or clean carpets throughout
- All sealants in good condition ( window, tub, shower, sink...)
- Floors in good condition
- No electrical issues such as missing cover or up to code wiring
- All storage areas organized and not overstuffed...
